The Hilton

4 PLATFORM TENTS
1 Canvas Living Room
Sleeps 8–14 Guests

The Hilton is the group campsite that the Girl Scouts used when they owned the property! All platforms and canvas tents are original but updated for a more upscale camp experience.

The site includes four sleeping tents (two with queen beds, two with twins), plus a shared canvas "living room" outfitted with comfortable seating, string lights, and a coffee maker — the perfect place to play games, sip something warm, or wait out a rainy day.

Tents are outfitted with plush mattresses, mosquito netting, electrical outlets, and fresh bedding. Outside, you’ll find a propane grill, fire pit, and space to gather under the trees.
Private, modern bathrooms and open-air showers are just a short walk away. Former Girl Scouts and troop leaders have come back to stay and we've heard, "it's like Girl Scout camp — but with cocktails!"

“We just stayed for a weekend at the Hilton campsite and it was way better than we could have ever hoped for. The weather was colder and rainy, but we still managed to have lots of fun. The greatest addition to the campsite was the 'living room' tent as we could comfortably sit there while it was raining and play board games. The bathrooms were private and super clean, which us a huge plus since we had smaller kids with us.

All tents are very well maintained and bedding was fresh and smelled great, no musky smell. The bedding was also perfect for the chilly nights and we didn't need any extra blankets. The hosts also provide utensils, dishes, bug spray, etc for you which is great in case you forgot anything. We are already looking to book again this season as it was just such a great spot! Camp Kettlewood is perfect for when you like camping, but also need to be comfortable."

“The Hilton platform tents were perfect for our large group, even those who had never camped! The common spaces were great for socializing and playing games, and the campgrounds had some nice walking paths. Bathrooms were clean and close by. The tents themselves were extremely comfortable - comfy beds, outlets for charging phones, and the canvas siding kept the early morning sun out. The group tent even comes equipped with a coffee maker and mini fridge! Highly recommended for groups of friends or family vacations - we'll definitely be visiting again :)"
